The recruitment for this position was completed on a contingency basis alongside other recruitment agencies and efforts from the practice itself.

Addington Ball were appointed by a property agency, on an exclusive basis, to help with their finance team restructure, in appointing a new Finance Manager. Before the process began, we had a comprehensive brief to follow, gaining a real insight into the client requirements as this was a hands-on opportunity, that is varied and reports directly into the Managing Partner of the business.
