Multinational recruitment project for US Healthcare business
The Challenge:
This NASDAQ listed U.S. healthcare business was looking to increase its commercial footprint within the UK and Europe and needed a best in class finance team to drive this planned growth. Essentially building a shared service centre from the UK headquarters in Warwickshire and also requirements across the largest entities within the European operation, with the need for individuals to be based in Frankfurt, Paris and Madrid.
The Process:
The newly appointed VP for finance within the EMEA region had worked with Addington Ball on previous projects with other employers, so that confidence and belief that we are the trusted partner, resulted in the business being appointed exclusively to source the required number of finance professionals and to work closely with their own internal recruitment team. The relationship was developed through open and continual dialogue and completing their own psychometric test to ensure that employees of both businesses shared the same values and ethics in managing the talent acquisition process.
The Result:
During an eighteen month period, Addington Ball sourced candidates for 27 roles across 4 countries. Our robust recruitment processes resulted in the hiring of 13 new members of staff, including all 3 in Europe. Those same processes delivering talent in Warwickshire, Madrid, Frankfurt and Paris.
