As a specialist in resourcing accountancy & finance professionals from practice & industry throughout the Midlands region, Luke focuses on supporting candidates throughout their job search and helping companies source those hard to find candidates.
Luke graduated from Coventry University in 2019 with a first-class degree in Business Management. As part of a work placement year, Luke worked as an intern at Addington Ball before finding his first role from University at a search and selection finance recruiter in Birmingham.
Luke rejoined the Addington Ball team in the summer of 2021 as a Delivery Consultant specialising in resourcing and candidate experience. His focus is on delivering opportunities to candidates and supporting them by presenting opportunities, advising on CV formatting and interview preparation right through to offer management.
