Senior HR Business Partner - Tax Advisory

Addington Ball has been retained for a year to facilitate tax recruitment for this high growth tax advisory firm based in Leicester.

The HR offering within the firm had arguably not kept in step with the growth of the business as a whole so the firm appointed Addington Ball to source a high calibre Senior HR Business Partner to help shape and guide internal employee initiatives and help the SMT in further strategic growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate across various departments to implement HR programs that foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement.

Addington Ball successfully sourced an HR professional who was relocating to the Leicester area from Yorkshire as a result of a wide advertising campaign as well as an in depth market map of like minded and capable HR professionals.
