We exclusively supported a local marketing agency to fill the gap of a parting employee. The client hasn’t been required to recruit into the finance team for a long period of time so reached out to Addington Ball to facilitate the process.
Before the process began, we had a good in-depth meeting with the client, gaining a real understanding of their requirements as well as allowing us to provide advice in relation to the recruitment process, giving the client the best possible opportunity to recruit the preferred candidate.

Job Title – Senior Finance Assistant
Salary banding - £30,000 - £35,000
Location – Warwickshire
Key Responsibilities:
• All aspects of purchase ledger invoices including supplier statement reconciliations and expenses payments
• Credit control of debtors accounts and resolving queries
• Preparation of monthly journals, intercompany recharges, accruals and prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reporting and analysis.
