Payroll Administrator - Public Practice

Payroll Administrator – Public Practice:

Due to an internal promotion, Addington Ball assisted this public practice in their search for a Payroll Administrator. We have a long-established relationship with the client and understand their EVP (employee value proposition).

As this client required a niche skillset, with the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, we made targeted and tailored approaches to payroll professionals within a 10-mile radius of the client as well as advertising for the role. After an initial lag, we followed up with payrollers from practice, reiterating the EVP and benefits to prospective candidates which eventually led to the client interviewing two payrollers from practice.

In the end, Addington Ball successfully supported the recruitment of the Payroll Administrator from a locally based practice in a move which has greatly benefitted the candidate.
