We supported a large regional firm in their search for a qualified practice professional. They had engaged with multiple agencies and been sent the same CV’s on multiple occasions as well as advertised themselves, and grew frustrated at the amount of irrelevant applications.

This Payroller opportunity was a client facing role, so the client required a payroll professional that was technically strong and understands statutory requirements. The recruitment for this position was completed on a contingency basis alongside other recruitment agencies and efforts from the practice itself.

Addington Ball were appointed by a property agency, on an exclusive basis, to help with their finance team restructure, in appointing a new Finance Manager. Before the process began, we had a comprehensive brief to follow, gaining a real insight into the client requirements as this was a hands-on opportunity, that is varied and reports directly into the Managing Partner of the business.
